How do I configure my email on Microsoft Outlook 2010?

Step 1: If you have already opened Outlook, click on the File menu at the top of the page and then select Account Settings. If you have opened outlook for the first time jump to step 3.

Step 2: Click the New button under the Email tab

Step 3: Check the box at the bottom for Manually configure server settings...
Step 4: Choose the E-mail Service: Select 'Internet Email'
Step 5: Use the following Internet Email Settings

Your Name: Your Name (Will appear on email From)
E-mail Address: Full email address to setup
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourdomainname
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname
User Name: Your full email address to setup
Password: As set in cpanel

Step 6: Click on the More Settings button in the bottom right hand corner and select Outgoing Server tab
Step 7: Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and use Use same settings as my incoming mail server
Step 8: Click on the 'Advanced' tab at the top. Use the following settings

Server Port Numbers (Incoming): 995
This server requires an Encrypted connection: Yes
Server Port Numbers (Outgoing): 465
Use the following type of Encrypted connection:
SSL

Step 9: Click the 'OK', 'Next' and then 'Finish' buttons and now you should be able to send and receive email. In case of any issue please contact support@datacraftsystems.com
